Customized Hoods

Used for vehicle workshops, etc. where the hose can hang at a reachable height. The spring drive makes the reel very easy to handle. The reel is featuring crush proof hose 200ᵒC, guiding hose slide, epoxy painted metal disks an, adjustable stopper for hose. Available complete with extraction fan, automatic and adjustable electric hose stopper, electrical recoil engine 230V single phase, push button remote control,  universal fixing kit for hose reel, micro-switch for the automatic start / stop of centralized fan or for fan on board Varity of nozzles type and shape to choose from, metal or rubber, with opening with intake for C.O. probe, fixing clip, silicon handle, bent rubber swivel and switch board for fan operation and system control.

Being a critical and important part of any pollution abatement solution, Hammam Expert shall precisely inspect and survey each position in the application that is generating dust, fumes, heat, mist, odor, … etc., including the suction connections provided in the process equipment, and shall tailor design the capturing / extraction device (Hood) that will accommodate the emissions and efficiently suck it into the extraction system. The customized hood shall consider Canopy, Slotted, Enclosed, Both, Cupboard, stationary or movable hood style and shall consider the material to be manufactured from, capture velocity and pressure losses.
