Challenge

Design, manufacture in Hammam, ship from Egypt all components, parts required and build the entire system for a lead metal rotary furnace, in a remote very windy site in Sudan. 

Solution

According to the rotary furnace specification and the associated operations within the workshop, as well as the outdoor conditions Hammam Experts prepared the shop drawings for an abatement system that included 4 (four)modules of HAMMAM bag house pulse jet dust collector model PJF-1015, containing nomex quality filter media. The system was equipped with all instrumentation and control devices for energy efficient partial operation and highest level of safety and protection against possible flames damages.

Result

The job executed was carried out in Sudan on time and according to the contract, received approvals, customer full satisfaction, exceeding the expectation .
