This STZ type cyclone wet scrubber with front venture and pump less water injection system, is designed to incorporate the Venturi high efficiency features in a self-contained compact unit with integrated suction fan. The dust laden gas is accelerated into the venture throat tangentially where the scrubbing or scrubbing liquid is sprayed, as a result of mixing between both media the pollutants agglomerate and settle in the liquid droplet. Entering the centrifugal water separator, the droplets will be ejected against the cyclone internal wall and move downward into the cyclone hopper, while the cleaned gases being sucked upward through a central pipe and thrown into the atmosphere by a heavy duty, high pressure centrifugal fan. During operation the evaporated and drained dirty water is continuously replaced by fresh or chemically treated water. The refill and level regulation of the liquid level inside the scrubber unit is controlled automatically. Hammam STZ Scrubber Unit is available in several and custom designs, sizes and construction material according to the application. As standard the scrubber unit is supplied complete with the fan, motor, gas and water pipe connections, sludge discharge valve, regulator box with the level control devices.
